I am pretty sure I like an online store that has live chat button especially if I am serious in buying a product. In some way, it gives me the confidence towards the company since I can ask questions and the sales team can answer it in real time. Assisting is an important factor for me. It is even a feature that I become a loyal customer. If I am served accordingly I will not just keep on coming back, but I will also refer the store to my family and friends.
